From the 28th of March to the 1st of April a workshop was ogranised for organisations implementing the AGE:WISE project. In Lecce representatives met of Bit Schulungscenter from Austria, EduVita from Italy, Volkshochschule im Landkreis Cham from Germany, Future Balloons from Portugal and Autokreacja Foundation from Poland. The meeting of partner organisations aimed to summarise previous activities carried out during the project.
Participants took part in a city tour prepared by local senior volunteers while discussing the role of the senior leader and opportunities for intergenerational education. At the University of Salento a workshop was for pedagogy students organised by Portuguese and German partners. The workshop aimed to present and use the digital tools developed in the project.
All partners participated in study visits to local organisations and a pottery workshop in an Art studio. The main aim of the working meetings was to exchange experiences and to set the future directions of the AGE:WISE project. The workshop in Lecce was a good opportunity to put into practice the tools for developing intergenerational education.
